  They added a zone to my system several years ago. I tried making an appointment for service - they gave me 1 option. I explained that they day they wanted to schedule me would not be possible. I was told that I was out of luck. No appointment made. Very rude receptionist. Never again. Thee are quit a lot of companies out there that do the same thing, I will find another.
