  This USPS location suffers all this bad reviews for one reason: Kyung Soon Shin ! That's the employ that's causing all the problems for everyone. She's a horrible miserable person who tries to just annoy everyone around her. She's always difficult, slow, rude and unpleasant! Always creating hassle for the clients. Would never try to be helpful. That's a shame that a person like that ruins it for the whole branch and for the USPS reputation in general. There's another lady that works the counter there and on the days she's there its always pleasant, there's no lines, everything works smoothly, the exact opposite than the days KYUNG SOON SHIN is there.
